With Messika's Serenity, our Maison provides you with an exclusive service that is unique in the world of international jewelry: we replace your jewelry for free in the event of theft, up to two years after purchase, for any creation purchased in a participating Messika boutique in France (and valued at less than €100,000 including tax).
Because an exceptional piece of jewelry deserves more than a box, it deserves to be protected.
A pioneering commitment in international jewelry-making
The Messika Maison has developed protection for real life events, without compromising on elegance. This service has been set up in partnership with GRACE, a Franco-Swiss start-up specializing in safeguarding precious objects. Thanks to its digital platform, the process is simple and completely confidential, in keeping with luxury standards.
How does it work?
- When you purchase your creation, you will receive an Authenticity Card with a QR code. Once your Authenticity Card has been activated by your Sales Advisor, you can access the Messika's Serenity registration form.
- After validating your purchase, you'll receive an email that gives you access to the Messika's Serenity by GRACE platform, where you can register your jewelry and activate your protection in just a few clicks.
- In the event of an incident, anywhere in the world, you can file a claim online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Once your claim has been validated, our Conciergerie will contact you to arrange a personalized appointment at a Messika boutique in France.
- During this appointment, you can choose a creation of equivalent value to replace your stolen piece.
